- IC has 18 FTE (faculty and staff). Another 30 or so temporary employees worked during the past year. IC provides information services central to fulfilling the missions of UNC Charlotte and the Library. We ensure that IC services and spaces are used; we embrace and promote innovation; we're accountable; and we strive to sustain excellence, over the long term, by asking “How can we do better?”
